Talent Group Program Description
For dancers, ages 5-18, who are interested in performing professionally or at a high level of expertise. These dancers are either invited or auditioned into their talent group classes. Students in this program are expected to take a variety of classes to give them a broad foundational basis and participate in a wide spectrum of performances. From cruise ship to parade, from stage to school, talent group students are committed performers, who take their dance training to the next level.
This year the Peak Talent Groups will be performing Winter with the Wonkas and Aladdin at Peak's Indigo Bridge Theater. * Please see the Calendar for Dates and Times.
Official Dress Code Talent Group Classes For these classes we encourage students to wear black pants, colored T-shirt, and a tank top or leotard. For boys, dress code is the same.
Appropriate Shoes: Talent Group classes (jazz, tap & pink or black ballet slippers)
Hair: Pulled up away from face in a low pony-tail. If hair is too short than please have it pulled back in clips.

JUNIOR STARS | Ages 5+
Required: 1-hour technique, 30 minutes talent
BROADWAY STARS | Ages 7+
Required: 1-hour technique, 1-hour talent
JUNIOR COMPANY | Ages 9+
Required: 1-hour technique, 1-hour talent
SENIOR TALENT | Grade 5 +
Required:
Option One: 1 Tap Technique, 2 Classical Ballet Classes, 1 Hour Sr. Talent. OR
Option Two: 1 Tap Technique, 1 Contemporary Ballet Class, and 1 Jazz, Poms, Lyrical, Modern, Hip-Hop, Aerial Class, 1 Hour Sr. Talent.
COMPANY | Grade 7 +
Required:
Option One: 1 Tap Technique, 2 Classical Ballet Classes, 1 Hour Company. OR
Option Two: 1 Tap Technique, 1 Contemporary Ballet Class, and 1 Jazz, Poms, Lyrical, Modern, Hip-Hop, Aerial Class, 1 Hour Company.
PERFORMANCE TEAM (PT) | Grade 9 +
Required:
Option One: 1 Tap Technique, 2 Classical Ballet Classes, 1 Hour PT
Option Two: 1 Tap Technique, 1 Contemporary Ballet Class, and 1 Jazz, Poms, Lyrical, Modern, Hip-Hop, Aerial Class, 1 Hour PT.
