Student Teachers
My name is Cara Davis, I have been dancing at Peak since I was 3 years old. Over the years I have taken almost all the types of classes at Peak. Lately I have been enjoying working with kids. I am a part of NHSDA and I value dance in my life. Peak academy is so welcoming to all ages and levels of dancing. I feel motivated and strong when I’m dancing and I hope I can motivate young dancers to feel the same. I'm ready to inspire young dancers for their future towards dancing!
Kaylee Moore has been dancing for 7 years, almost 8 and has loved dancing at Peak! Her favorite styles are Aerial, Ballet, and Jazz. She started teaching aerial in 2023 and has loved working with kids and helping them to experience a new form of dance. Kaylee lived in California for 5 years and once she moved to Colorado she started gymnastics and later fell in love with dancing. She goes to Conifer High school and is an upcoming junior this year. She hopes to continue to dance and teach kids her love for aerial!
Makenna has been dancing since she was 3 years old and has been part of the Peak Dance community for 8 years! She is an upcoming Junior at Conifer High school. At Peak she participates in many classes and enjoys Jazz and Poms the most. Makenna has been assisting exploratory and poms classes for 4 years and is excited to teach a poms class this year! Along with this she is part of the Talent Group program and will be NHSDA's Vp of communications. Makenna is very passionate about dance and values the friendships and bonds that she has created throughout her time here. She is excited to share her love for dancing and teaching!
Adalyn has been dancing at Peak for 9 years and has developed a strong passion for Aerial, Poms, and Jazz. As a dedicated student and assistant, she loves working alongside her dance teachers and is excited to take the next step—teaching her own class. Adalyn will be entering her sophomore year. When she’s not dancing, she enjoys spending time at the lake and making memories with her friends and family. She looks forward to helping young dancers grow in both confidence and skill.
Hi, I’m Nya! My mom says I’ve been dancing since I could walk :) Seven years ago, I took Acrobatics in Australia. After moving to Colorado in 2019, I tried a bit of gymnastics, and danced at a studio in Evergreen before joining Peak. I’ve loved doing contemporary ballet, classical ballet, lyrical and Acrobatics. I’ve really enjoyed helping out in classes and am so excited to keep sharing what I’ve learned with other dancers!
I’m Gianna and this is my 3rd year dancing at peak, and my 11th year dancing over all! I am a part of Peak’s Talent Group program as well as the NHSDA Capter Treasurer. I take jazz, poms, lyrical, tap and ballet classes at Peak and love them all! I have always wanted to teach my own class and am so excited to share my love for dance through teaching this year!
My name is Lila Ungar and I have been dancing for 6 years total. In that time, I’ve tried most styles of dance, but my favorites are jazz and aerial. I first started doing aerial when I lived in Costa Rica 4 years ago and immediately fell in love. When we moved back to Colorado, I started dancing at Peak Academy and have grown so much in the years I’ve been here. I’ve been an assistant aerial teacher for 2 years now and love working with kids and teaching them my favorite style of dance. I hope I can help them fall in love with dancing as much as my teachers have for me.
