Julie Noyle: Yoga, HITT, Nutrition
Julie Noyle, MS, RD — Yoga Instructor & Nutrition Practitioner
Julie has been practicing (and loving!) yoga for more than 20 years. In 2013, she completed her teacher training with Core Power Yoga in Fort Collins and later expanded her expertise with Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga trainings at Yoga Yoga in Austin, TX. She has taught a wide variety of classes over the years and deeply enjoys the intuitive, heart-centered nature of yoga instruction. Julie skillfully meets students exactly where they are, offering practices that build confidence, strength, and ease—both on and off the mat.
In addition to her extensive yoga background, Julie is also a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Human Nutrition from Colorado State University (CSU). Her professional experience includes coordinating research studies, developing curriculum, facilitating teacher trainings, and presenting at conferences. She has a passion for community education and has led numerous workshops for adults on foundational nutrition as well as “picky eating” and adolescent nutrition seminars for families. Julie also works with private clients, helping individuals and families create small, sustainable lifestyle habits that support long-term wellness.
Whether on the mat or in a nutrition session, Julie’s approach is compassionate, practical, and empowering. She loves supporting others in cultivating mindful movement, balanced nourishment, and a deeper connection to overall well-being.
