Megan Bidwell’s love for dance began when she was just 4 years old and continues today. Megan, her husband, JD, and two children, Justin and Marae moved to Conifer in 2017. Her daughter Marae began dancing at Peak in the fall of 2019 and Megan wasn’t too far behind joining adult tap in 2021. When she first came onboard at Peak you could find her in the Pro Shop supporting the students and staff and their passion for dance! Her role quickly grew into organizing and creating costumes for the Spring Recitals and Talent Group Shows. She began teaching in the Exploratory Program in 2024 and has enjoyed every minute so much she wanted to bring that joy to the adults in the Hormone Harmony program. Megan received her Group Fitness Certification in 2026 and is excited to share her new knowledge with everyone in Hormone Harmony!
Julie has been practicing (and loving!) yoga for more than 20 years. In 2013, she completed her teacher training with Core Power Yoga in Fort Collins and later expanded her expertise with Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga trainings at Yoga Yoga in Austin, TX. She has taught a wide variety of classes over the years and deeply enjoys the intuitive, heart-centered nature of yoga instruction. Julie skillfully meets students exactly where they are, offering practices that build confidence, strength, and ease—both on and off the mat.
In addition to her extensive yoga background, Julie is also a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Human Nutrition from Colorado State University (CSU). Her professional experience includes coordinating research studies, developing curriculum, facilitating teacher trainings, and presenting at conferences. She has a passion for community education and has led numerous workshops for adults on foundational nutrition as well as “picky eating” seminars for families. Julie also works with private clients, helping individuals and families create small, sustainable lifestyle habits that support long-term wellness.
Sarah is a dancer and fitness advocate. She has been involved with Peak since 1998 and she love helping people to become the best versions of herself. She loves working with light weights and body weight to develop well balanced and healthy functioning muscle structures. She is currently certifying in Group fitness and is excited to be joining everyone on this journey.
Dr Lucy Rice is a board certified OBGYN with an interest in bringing Lifestyle Medicine into Women’s Health. Hormonal health is subject to many factors in our lives, some we can control, and some we cannot. She has found that sometimes medication, supplements, or hormone therapy is appropriate. However, assessing labs as well as lifestyle: fitness, nutrition, sleep, community, spiritual and mental health can improve how we feel and function daily. With a wish to elevate women’s health and energy, she will be available to consult on symptoms, hormone assessment, and lifestyle modifications that can lift all of us.
